A lot of you might already be burning calories just by hitting the streets, wallet blazin'. But if you've opted to sit out Black Friday, then you're in luck. Shape and Gold's Gym have teamed up for the nationwide event, valid today only, dubbed Trim the Fat Friday. Gold's Gym Fitness Institute trainer Adam Friedman created six 500-calorie burning workouts so that you can banish Thanksgiving dinner from your midsection and any other troublesome territories. Try out these deliciously named exercises: Mashed Potatoes Rehab, Cranberry Jelly Belly Buster, and the Turkey Toner. Don't have time to head to Gold's?
