Kiehl's First Ever Spa Will Open on Upper East Side NYC
Beauty Beat: Kiehl's Will Unveil Its First-Ever Spa Uptown

It seems like the good times keep on coming for Kiehl's. Since ringing in its 160th anniversary, the brand has thrown a spectacular birthday fete, opened a retro-cool Meatpacking District location, and debuted its new San Francisco store shortly after. Now for the skin-saving cherry on top, Kiehl's will open its first-ever, full-service spa, Spa 1851. Located uptown, the spa will utilize your favorite Kiehl's formulas and customize them to your liking, so the spa experience is both luxurious and personal.
The new two-story spa is located on 64th Street and Lexington Avenue and is scheduled to open July 20. The first floor will operate as a standard Kiehl's boutique (hey, Upper East Siders need to get their product fix, too), and the second floor will "house" the state-of-the-art spa. So what goes into the head-to-toe Kiehl's spa experience? Here's what we know, aside from personalized facial and skin treatments offered. There will be iPads in the lounge area, David LaChapelle's rain forest photo mural sits pretty inside (pictured above), and just like the brand you know and love, it will stay true to its vintage apothecary roots both in its services and decor. Will you be trying out a Kiehl's Spa 1851 treatment come mid-July?
