Today, author Emily Giffin's best selling novel Something Borrowed officially debuts in theaters nationwide. The film version features Kate Hudson, Ginnifer Goodwin, John Krasinski, and dashing newcomer Colin Egglesfield in a surprisingly laugh out loud and at times heart-wrenching portrayal of love and friendship. Although our sister BuzzSugar may not agree!
Truth be told, the number one reason I fell in love with Something Borrowed wasn't because of the eye candy or the tangled web of love and lies, it was due entirely to the movie's location — NYC! While watching, I couldn't help but get excited and maybe even a little prideful when familiar "faces" appeared on screen. The rom-com represented the city well and showed off some of my favorite food spots in the city including Shake Shack, Centro Vinoteca, Stogo, and Isabella's. Let's take a closer look at where the characters of Something Borrowed frequented and boast "hey! I've been there!"

Post a CommentSo cool! I love it when movies choose actual locations to feature. When it's a city you know, it can make a movie so much more fun to watch.
It was so fun to watch. I kept thinking "I've been there!! I go there!!"
