This modern Gramercy bistro may be the new kid on the block, but that does not mean the New American fare is anything close to amateur. Truffle chef Paul Garey designed a starter menu that includes everything from a sweet Maine lobster three cheese mac-n-cheese and steamed buns filled with coconut-crusted shrimp to black truffle fries and semolina and parmesan-coated calamari.
